Marwan M Sanoufi, Esq.
Marwan is the founder and principal attorney at Sanoufi Law, PC. Prior to starting his own firm, Marwan led a team of attorneys and legal staff that served high net worth individuals and business clients throughout the United States in both business litigation and transactional matters. During that time, he had the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and learn from the best. Marwan is bilingual in English and Arabic, and conversational in Spanish.
Marwan founded Sanoufi Law, PC with one goal in mind, to help entrepreneurs and small to medium-sized businesses navigate the legal complexities in today's ever-evolving world, so that they can focus on business growth and achieving their goals.
His litigation career has proven a unique and valuable tool in business as he regularly advises his clients on best practices on how to avoid it. His insight allows him to offer creative and carefully crafted solutions when assisting individuals, startups, and/or businesses.
Marwan obtained his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, where he focused on business law. Prior to law school, Marwan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from York University in Toronto, Canada.
Marwan is a licensed attorney in California and is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Central and Southern Districts of California.
